Me and my fiance come through a lot and everytime they forget our ranch! Service is friendly but the foods not great i found a pubic hair in my food and immediately threw away my meal. Will not be eating here again:(((

Worst restaurant ever had to wait almost 2 hours for my food and instantly found spit in my food went to the bathroom and there was shit all over the walls and ceiling and the bathroom was flooded with shit water everywhere and the staff was rude who ever is the manager of this restaurant should be fired and everyone else should get their paychecks cut. Ridiculous on how management let this slide

We like eating here when we can. One of our sandwiches was made wrong which took several minutes to fix. We had ordered a dessert to be picked up later, but cashier didn't add it to our ticket. Went back later and ordered dessert and waited over 15 minutes. Had to go to counter and wait for it to be made. Felt like no management oversight was being done.
Well they did replace the first concrete mixer they screwed up. But I think mad at me for having to remake it by hardly putting any Oreos in it and was not happy with the soupy like texture. I mean it is called a concrete mixer right?l Hey Kevin, proud of you for taking on a few restaurants but lets get the same quality that Carroll's culver's puts out into these new spots.

I love Culver’s, the food is so good, but just about EVERY time I go there something is wrong with what’s given to me. Whether it’s ALL of the toppings of my sandwich not being there, not receiving my receipt and not even being asked if I want it (and then not being able to give it to me when I ask for it for some unknown reason), no napkins, no side dressings, forgetting my custard, something is always wrong. I was just there tonight, and they gave me my concrete mixer, and I thought it looked a little melty on top, which is fine, so I drove off. However, my concrete mixer is completely melted through! It’s literally almost room temperature! How is that even possible?? When my order was taken tonight, the staff said multiple times that everything was made to order. I genuinely don’t understand how my concrete mixer was even that melted, and how they thought it was okay to serve me that??? I’m now questioning why I’ve kept coming back if something is consistently wrong with my order.
