Customer service here is a joke and food that is supposed to be hot is cold most of the time. Tries a few times and will not return

Have given them many opportunities, even with cold food multiple times. A friend of mine said give a place three times and have given them probably 6. Tonight was different. My wife placed an order between 45 minutes and an hour for pick up. No idea how long she waited, but it was some time and the food was not ready, and the girl to counter told the manager to handle her. very very rude and very dirty the 2 teen girls were more worried about eating thier ice cream cone then help me she didn't wash her hands before make the 2 blizzard I ordered and didn't turn them upside-down asked for free because that's what I thought they did if they don't turn upside-down. she got very rude and said we didn't give out free. plus she never gave me a receipt or asked. I will not be going back
