Not real impressive place to go. Sunday afternoon at 12:45 and the drive thru was full. I decided to go inside and the first set of doors was locked. Dining room was busy but not full, so I went to the north doors. As soon as I went inside a sub manager decided she couldn't handle the crowds and decided to lock all the doors, still could exit, and I watched ppl turn around and leave. Hire more ppl or get employees that can handle business. 14 minute wait to take my order and 20 minutes to finally get it. No excuses. Poor customer services. Bet management will not reach out

Went inside because line for drive thru was long denied to serve me because no cash in drawer sent me outside and had to wait 30 min with one car ahead of me. What a joke terrible service at night

You got 12 people working inside everybody's standing around, sticking their hands in the food eating some but me a paying customer. I have to wait in the lobby or sit in the drive through for 40 minutes to get two tacos. It makes no sense whoever is running. This place is just as bad as the employees it has It shouldn't take that long to make chicken or to make tacos. Especially at a place where things arent made to order. It's fast food people, if I wanted to sit in line for 40 minutes or sit somewhere for 40 minutes and get food. I will go to a sit down restaurant here. I am going on 15 minutes. And there's still 3 to 4 or five cars in front of me management sucks, and so does its employees

Worst chicken tenders ever! They were these scrawny 3/4 inch rolls full of nasty dried up chicken. My kids wouldn't even eat them. Instead of letting me pick my sides they just totaled it up and told me to pull around and picked out my sides for me. Which included 2 coleslaw. Who wants that much coleslaw? Not my family! Extremely disappointed for a $65 meal.

Combined KFC/Taco Bell. Not a good location compared to most of both restaurant chain I've been to... Almost always busy, slow service half the time, not well kept, times where its closed earlier than its supposed to, sold out of certain foods, food is hit & miss.... overall it feels like a low quality experience. 2nd time visiting the dining room on 11/15/24 between 6:15-6:45pm; You got a puddle of water with a soaked mat at the fountain station, along with the whole counter soaked/stains with debris scattered about.... 1 point there was 2 workers near the fountain station just socializing while the mess is left unattended, even after they left to go back to the backroom & till I left. Accident waiting to happen. I suspect once that Chic-Fil-A opens up few blocks West of them, the KFC portion will be consolidated into a standalone Taco Bell.

Chicken pieces, tenders & fries so over cooked and dripping with grease. Tenders, fries & mac n cheese tasted like they each had a pound of salt on them, I'm assuming to try n hide the fact that it was burnt. Absolutely the worst kfc we've ever had.. slow service, and employees hollering n swearing non stop. Waste of $65. Will never order from here again.
Hands down the NASTIEST tasting KFC I’ve ever had. Overcooked and the GREASE NEEDS DROPPED AND FILTERED. I worked at a kfc 1978 to 1981. We would’ve been fired for sending out product as bad as this. As should this mgr.
