Ppl in dining room and ppl in line always just waiting..
Waited about 30 min for 7 dorito tacos and my partial order of spicy chickenwings then said id have to wait more to complete the whole order of spicy or if id be willing to mix...
There just seams to b no movement ever idk probably wont b back to this one

Everything was excellent they were super busy and understaffed and they all handled everything perfectly the only thing is the woman's bathroom has a not so pleasant odor thank you all for your hard work and dedication ❤️ 😊

Two of us sat in line in the drive up for over 20 mins, which is awesome it’s KFC. We finally got to order booth, we wanted one two piece barbecue dinner and a three piece barbecue dinner. The guy told us we have no white meat chicken meat. And I asked you have no white chicken he said no. So screw it not going back ever again. We went Taco Tico and they didn’t tell us we have no tacos. Don’t know how KFC even services in Fort Dodge, it was Friday night one of the busiest nights for people to go out and eat and you had no white chicken meat. Wow

I’m a concurrent DoorDash driver and this is the first time I’ve been here for a DoorDash. It took me 5-10 minutes to get to the restaurant thinking they’d have it done or be working on it. It wasn’t busy either when I got here. They hadn’t even started working on the order and I stood at the register for more than 10 minutes waiting for someone to tell them I’m the DoorDash driver. The lady who was “making” the order was extremely rude and saying that she just received the order but I saw it on the screen when I arrived and she was just standing and talking. Don’t recommend this place as there’s horrible service and not very friendly

Waited 40 minutes for food. Food was cold when we got it. Filled out survey and still ah have e not gotten an email from corporate. Food was also very dry and small portion for the 40 dollars spent.

I drove thru and picked up my food, chicken strip basket, after I was home I opened the box and the chicken was dried out and hard. You could tell it was not fresh. It looked and acted like it had been sitting under a warmer for hours..the time was 6:29pm. My French fries were the same way. They were both to hard to bite. I immediately called to talk to a manager and non was available. I got online and did the chat with a robot and they offered me a refund of less then half what I paid. That was unacceptable. 3 days later I got ahold of the manager who would only refund the chicken & fries. That was unacceptable, my whole meal needed to be replaced.i called the kfc complaint line at least once a week. I wanted a full refund and a dinner for all the hardship I had been going through. Everytime I called the complaint line I was told someone would call me. Nobody has. This happened on 9/25/25 and today is 11/8/25. I put a complaint into the better business bureau with no response. This is ridiculous. I am continuing to make calls about this incident.

Long wait for dry chicken tenders. Fries were good. Biscuits dry too.
My ordered was rung up wrong therefore being charged more than I should have. They were out of change so I was not given the correct amount of money I was owed. When going in the store to make a complaint was denied my rightful change or any type of computation and was informed they have been short on change lately. Won't be doing any more business that mistreat their customers and then rips them off.
