First time here. It was great. Server Sofia was amazing. She provided amazing service. Food wasn't terrible. Would totally recommend.

My family and I went here for my Mother in Law’s birthday. Our waitress kept walking away as she spoke which left us unsure of what she said more than half the time. She kept communication to a minimum, didn’t smile or seem very friendly. My burger was served to me raw and my husband’s chicken parm was gritty but cold, the noodles were undercooked and the bread was really dry. We complained about it and asked them to not even remake it, we just don’t want to be charged for it. They proceeded to try to compensate for the horrible service and food by offering a free cake to my MIL and comp’d the dishes we didn’t eat, still came out to $71! They were going to charge us $140!! This place is horrific. Please don’t waste your time here.

The food was awful. We brought family here as they wanted to go to the best steak house in town. We were not aware of the changes. It was awful. The KC Steak is not a good replacement for the NY Strip! The sides were not okay either. They didn't want us to say anything so we didn't.

Overall a very nice experience. The Cajun Pasta with Chicken was good, the chicken had a bit too much extra dry seasoning but it was still juicy, just drying in your mouth if you got a piece with a lot of seasoning.Our server was very sweet but the gal who sat us may have been having a rough day. She was polite but seemed ready for a break.

This was the most unfriendly staff I have ever experienced! We walked in and were not greeted at all! We sat at the bar and it took at

Her! Although during our time there eating dinner her coworkers and friends came to the bar and they were talking and laughing and using the F word, like
It was their job! I was appalled at how they were talking, while I was trying to eat my dinner! I will never go back. The food was decent but tue service was horrible. And I’m a bartender/ server! This was unacceptable! I never leave reviews but this one I had to leave because it was the worst service I have ever had! Bartenders name was Liberty!

The highest compliment I can give Mineral Mill and Grill is that I don’t have any complaints.

First, I love that it is locally owned. If it wasn’t, you would not find me eating there.

Second, the parking lot and restaurant, including the bathrooms, were very clean, which is super important to me. The menus were also clean, which demonstrates to me that it is a clean restaurant.

Third, the Caesar salad with salmon was exactly what I wanted before going for a walk. I was not stuffed and it was delicious tasting. Thanks to the waitress for the recommendation and the lemon slices.

Since I only drink water, I really appreciated the waitress keeping my glass full. I was surprised when she asked if I wanted ice. I’m not sure if I have ever been asked that before.

I will be back.

I didnt eat here because I was with two other people that were very picky. But I do know I was charged $17 for 2 fountain pops, and a bottle of domestic beer which is kinda wild.

The hostess was angry and rude, and that sets the tone for the customer experience, they are the first interaction when entering! The server was nice but needs to learn skills of serving. We were 1 of 2 tables, the management really needs to up there training and customer service. The food was great, but if you don't have good service it just doesn't matter.

An amazing restaurant that serves top quality food huge portions and great prices. We are definitely glad we gave this gem a shot. Probably one of the best steaks I've ever had. Could cut with a butter knife and cooked to perfection. Will definitely return when we are in the area.
