I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had at your location this past Saturday during my son's birthday party.
To begin with, the manager unilaterally changed the time I originally requested for the party to accommodate his own overbooking mistake. This was completely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our plans. He was also incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction.

With the weather not in our favor we had to make a last minute decision on a new party location. We highly recommend Pizza Ranch in Fort Dodge. With less than an hour notice they took our party on and were the absolute most accommodating! (They open at 10 and our party was at 11). Their manager and staff were on top of everything from our game cards, fresh pizza, plenty of plates, and a knife for the cake.
