I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience I had at your location this past Saturday during my son's birthday party.
To begin with, the manager unilaterally changed the time I originally requested for the party to accommodate his own overbooking mistake. This was completely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress and disruption to our plans. He was also incredibly rude and disrespectful throughout the interaction.
Additionally, he attempted to charge me for the smaller party packs of food, clearly unaware of your group meal options—something I am very familiar with, having hosted three other parties at Pizza Ranch in the past. To make matters worse, I was individually charged for every single drink, which has never been the case in my previous experiences.
The food quality was also unacceptable. For the amount of money I spent, I expected the food to at least meet the usual standard. Instead, it was terrible—stale, cold, and frankly embarrassing to serve to guests.
I am not happy. In fact, I am furious. This event was meant to be a special day for my son, and it was completely overshadowed by poor service and subpar food. I would like a full refund for this experience, and I expect to be contacted promptly regarding this matter.

A very nice place to grab a bite to eat. Went for a birthday party and the environment was fun and light and the food was great. Definitely brought back some great memories of my own childhood.
No pizza or chicken on the buffet 45 minutes after opening. Salad bar lettuce was old and brown. No coffeewas made and a dirty glass. Worst Pizza Ranch ever!!!
I called in my order. The lady taking my order had a hard time listening to me. Instead of giving me a time she said, see you when I see you. I pull up to get it and I'm guilty about a tip. I not going to give a tip before I see or eat the food. I have to wait for the pizza because it of course isn't ready. I get home and open the box. Yuck! It looks like it is several days old and ice cold. I heated it and tried to eat it but too gross. I threw it away. The place has been going down for awhile. I will not eat their food again
