Their "ice cream" product definitely does NOT warrant the 20-30 minute wait in drive-thru lane. If there is any dairy in that ice cream at all, it's from a powdered version. I tried a vanilla cone recently and compared to the ice cream I buy at the grocery store, there was very faint vanilla flavor and the consistency wasn't creamy, like it is with real dairy. There was a strange after-taste as well. If you're ordering a flavored variety or a sundae, it wouldn't be noticeable. But, if you compare the vanilla to a good quality store brand, you'll notice a big difference. My car was fifth in line and car#1 sat at the window for 15 minutes! I was looking at my clock! I don't know if they were ordering a 5-course dinner or what! Last time I'll ever put myself through that wait for their fake dairy ice cream. I'll buy real ice cream at the grocery store!
