brought my own starbucks cup just like they tell you to do, never been used and the girl told me she couldn’t take it behind the counter and i couldn’t get the discount because she’s not allowed? good job starbucks, what is the point of buying a reusable cup???

Have gone here on multiple occasions and the staff is always so nice! Today specifically the staff member Grace was just outstanding. She was working upfront all by herself making sure everyone got their drinks quickly and conveniently! She just went above and beyond with the service she provided for us today! Good drinks but TERRIBLE SERVICE! I went in to order a drink and there was a nice girl(i think was named Khi) that helped take my order but the others working around her just treated her SO POORLY! I hope management sees how much if an issue this is. Target Starbucks treat your employees better!

Very unprofessional. I went in to get a free drink for my birthday gift for being a reward member. The lady proceeded to tell me that the barcode won’t scan so she can’t make the drink free. I had to end up paying full for my drink; and never got my birthday reward! Very upsetting!

Staff was OUTSTANDING!! Coffee was great as usual. They had the correct cups and syrups. We've had several instances of shortages recently in the Mason City area.
