My friend and I went in for coffee, as we got to the counter for our Mobile order they decided to with hold a drink UNTIL we arrived just to tell us there was barely any coffee and a lot of sugar and a lot of calories that we should be watching not that we are unhealthy looking. We brushed it off but as they were making the coffee they made snide remarks about how much syrup they put in or how much creamer. I am never going back it's extremely disrespectful to do any of that to anyone.

I still enjoy Starbucks but I do prefer Scooters that's my preference, the staff here is very friendly and listens to exactly what you want and always gets it right, as far as price it's really no different than paying for coffee at Scooters or Dunkin donuts

I am usually a die hard coffee fan, but recently I discovered that they are pretty limited on what's available. I do the keto diet and I was told that most everything they have is made with sugar. They only have sugar free vanilla and basically a vanilla coffee was my option. Now at home...I can make just about any drink they make. I believe such a company should offer sugar/carb free or low carb options. They are a coffee shop. If I can do it at home they should be able to do it there.
