Multiple times we have ordered the I believe it’s a number 6 or 7 which is 2 CHICKEN Chalupas and a soft shell taco and every time they give us chalupas with TACO meat which isn’t even ON THE DRIVE THRU MENU this is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING as we live almost an hour away and most of the time don’t notice til we get home and they will only give a refund with a receipt which we didn't get.

Amazing staff! They were very kind and patient with us. They were also very kind with the girl who was unfortunately throwing a mini tantrum at the counter because how dare the staff do their jobs, and work on orders (including hers) instead of getting ice for her right now! (Literally two minutes, I feel so bad for the staff and commend them for dealing with people like that calmly and respectfully)
Vegetarian options: My bestie is vegan and always gets the nacho fries without cheese OR crunch wrap with beans and no cheese or sour cream

The service at this taco bell is extremely slow. they forgot about my order claiming that it ”disappeared from the screen” while we sat and watched people that came in almost half an hour after us get their food. overall bad experience every-time i come here.

So here's the deal I've been going there since they opened. Never waited longer then maybe 5 mins at the window tonight on the other hand literally took 10 mins and all I got was 3 soft shelled tacos I don't see how it takes 10 mins to make 3 tacos but apparently it does and I'm sorry but 3 tacos should not cost damn near 12 bucks. So I know this review is 7 months old but here we go again. I got the chicken Catalina box said no tomatoes on any of it and the lady even repeated no tomatoes. I start to eat the burrito and low and behold it has tomato on it. Seriously how hard is it to read a damn screen that says no tomatoes it's not that hard.

I ordered the cantina box and didn't get the main taco advertised. I got two of the crispy cantina tacos instead. The lady was super short and didn't give us our full order at the window.
