Everyone was rude, no one smiled, paper towels for napkins straws handed to you with out paper on it with and without gloves disgusting, watched the girl at drive thru take money and then go and make food with the same gloves on saw a customer ask for a fork and the lady thru it on the counter And I only saw 4 people during lunch….. Is this place going outta business!!!

Here's an idea... if you're going to advertise something, you should probably have it. Js. Every time I wanted a refresca, this location was out or the machine wasn't working. Starting to look like McDonald's and their ice cream machine.

Had us sitting in the drive thru for a solid 15-20 minutes. Took our order, was told “hold on” and waited 5 more minutes just to finally be told “we aren’t doing Taco Bell right now” instead of leading with that wasted up to half an hour of our time. Have VERY consistently had the slowest service and a handful of very poor interactions with the staff. Not all though!! Some can be very nice but overall my experience at this location is beyond lackluster if you are in any sort of hurry at all eat anywhere else they will not you your order in a timely manner in ANY capacity

Waited in drive thru for like 30 minutes on a Sunday evening and when I got home to eat my taco supremes it wasn’t a taco supreme they failed to put the topping in like the lettuce tomato etc you guys need to do better

Multiple times we have ordered the I believe it’s a number 6 or 7 which is 2 CHICKEN Chalupas and a soft shell taco and every time they give us chalupas with TACO meat which isn’t even ON THE DRIVE THRU MENU this is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING as we live almost an hour away and most of the time don’t notice til we get home and they will only give a refund with a receipt which we didn't get.

Need to list on taco bells website, I tried to download app sitting in parking lot and said closest was Ames.
Parking: Need smaller car to park and go inside due to small parking spots and turn radius.
Terrible service took 30 min just to order after being refused to serve inside because drawer was empty

Amazing staff! They were very kind and patient with us. They were also very kind with the girl who was unfortunately throwing a mini tantrum at the counter because how dare the staff do their jobs, and work on orders (including hers) instead of getting ice for her right now! (Literally two minutes, I feel so bad for the staff and commend them for dealing with people like that calmly and respectfully)
Vegetarian options: My bestie is vegan and always gets the nacho fries without cheese OR crunch wrap with beans and no cheese or sour cream
