Best mac-n-cheese I've had in a long time! The brisket was juicy, fatty, and perfectly crusted. Everything I've tried has been absolutely phenomenal! Hidden gem for sure!

Kyle and Megan catered our wedding, for a very large crowd and did spectacular. His smoked meats are full of flavor and some of the best according to many guests. The coleslaw was a crowd favorite and I bet you have never had anything like it. It is great food and an even better family ran business!

Brisket was take out so didn't see it until we got home. It was so fatty I decided to separate the inedible fat and weigh it. This was not fat from the cap but more that globby fat from between the point and flat. 4 ounces of the pound of $20/lb brisket, 25%, is unacceptable. Hard to believe they put it out for sale. One and done.
