Staff aren't friendly at all and the coffee honestly sucks. They are hardly ever open but for a few hours as well

The women that were working were incredibly friendly and courteous.They made the day start out wonderful for my son, daughter and myself.We were on our way to my sister's funeral in Spencer and their kindness meant the world to me.

Went here and ordered coffees , got the wrong order. When I called back to make it right they acted like I was crazy and refused to make it right …. Very rude. Next time I’ll go to cabin coffee

There is a nice relaxing atmosphere here, with a wide variety of drinks and some food options. The only downside is that both the espresso and majority of coffee options are lighter roasts, very bright and floral in taste.

Treats their employees terribly. If there's a dresscode for clothing or makeup it should be stated in the application or somewhere else. If there is no dresscode stated then employees should not get in trouble for makeup or clothing choices. Very obviously discriminates against alternative styles

I usually never have a bad experience with java 18. They have good coffee and plenty of options. Unfortunately, the service my husband received on Friday was not acceptable. After drinking his coffee he ordered through drive thru, he immediately felt something other than coffee in his mouth. IT WAS A DEAD FLY!!!! my husband was disgusted but understood sometimes these things happen. He returned the coffee back and explained to the lady what he had found and she basically refused to see the error and did not take responsibility , she then replied back rudely by asking him "what he wanted to then".
