“The place is absolutely disgusting. Sticky floors, uneven floors, no pizza, mashed potatoes had a dark brown crust all around it. No one cleaning tables. I asked for red pepper flakes - "we don't have those." we were never asked if we wanted a special pizza. Please do not use staffing shortage as an excuse, there were plenty of staff just standing around doing nothing.”

There's one guy that's been at the register 2 of those times and he's hilarious and super helpful. Always smiling and friendly. “As everyone points out, the serving sizes are HUGE! A small could easily be split between 2 adults. You will get a lot of ice cream for your money. I used to go here 20+ years ago when I was kid and don't remember getting so much ice cream! :DMy only complaint is since it has been so long since going here, I had no idea it was cash only and I feel they REALLY need a card machine. It would make everything so much smoother and easier. We were one of the people that had to go to the Ventura Mart looking for an ATM but it was out of order and Ventura Mart won't let you do cash back on purchases for the sole reason that people come from the Viking looking for cash and would wipe them out. Totally understandable. We were able to get cash but everyone may not be lucky when trying to do this.”
