I am extremely disappointed in their take out service. The last three times I have got my order wrong. I ordered a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. When I opened my box it was a piece of bread with lettuce and bacon and nothing else. I would appreciate if a little more time got spent getting the orders right before throwing it in a box.

Great place, unfortunately it was understaffed, the gentleman running the front was on his own, taking orders, running food and bussing tables, he was doing such a great job. The food ordered was good except for the corn dogs that were burnt, after a new batch was served they still looked burnt and tasted like the oil needed changed. I’ve had great experiences at Bucksnort unfortunately this visit fell short.

First time eating at this restaurant and I was very impressed with the service. The server Matt was very friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations on what to order!

Great place for a relaxed sit down with friends. The burgers here are really well made and the staff are very friendly. They have specials regularly and the drinks are good. I come here often after a long bike ride around Iowa with friends and this place consistently hits the spot.
Roaches. floors are caving in. There’s always multiple leaks in the basement. workers will drop food on the floor and then put it back in the fryer and then serve it. The workers hygienes are terrible except for a few. There was once a homeless person living in the basement and the gm failed to ever tell the owner. There’s also a stray cat that lives in the basement and pisses and poops all over the store. the gm will walk up front and smell like a weed farm. Whenever you have a question for him he just says “idk” or shrugs his shoulders. They just failed a health inspection but continue to do the same things. Overall after working there for 2 years I can sit back and say the workers there are not the problem is management they say and feel they do plenty but as numbers have gone down they are quick to point fingers at other people besides them selfs.
