Consistently poor order accuracy. Uninterested workers. Long waits for food. Seems like a confused workforce. Manager lied to me about food wait after I ordered online and pressed the Im Already Here button 10 minutes before I got there. I walked in and no food was at the counter for me. Told him my order and he said it would be 1 minute. 7 minutes later I still had no food and told the manager Im leaving and to keep the food. He protested saying its almost ready. Nope. Lie to me once and thats all you get. We didnt order nuggets or quarter pounders which are cooked to order. There are often lots of cars in the Pull Over parking area. They seem to rely on stacking people up just to get them out of their window. Ive been asked at least twice to pull over and there has been nobody behind me. Nope. Numerous wrong orders. We get 1 good visit for every 9 bad ones here. Worst McDonalds ever.

Don't get me wrong its a great food chain place but hearing management yell at young employee that seemed new was uncalled for. They really could have handle the situation better and no less people could hear the management yelling at an employee like that is very discouraging for a work place environment and would be classified unsafe if thats how it always runs. Treat the employees better!
Why cant they cook right? 4 different bites were pink and my food cold as shizz. What has gotten into this place?! Where's Gordon Ramsey when you need him for places like this!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Every time I have been there, they mess something up. They have stolen from me, and they have literally abandoned a line of customers so they could all participate in dramatic customers out of sheer boredom. Most incompetent employees of any establishment I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with!

The lobby and kitchen is dirty, the tables are not wiped down. It also took almost 15 min to get a $5 meal deal. The person on fries was serving with out gloves after coughing into her hand.

I ordered a $6 Carmel frappe and they were either being stingy or they took a big gulp out of my drink before they handed it to me. Every time I go to this location there’s always something wrong
Just went through the drive thru, repeated my order at the pickup window, still got the wrong order. Unfortunately, this isnt unusual, but not a lot to choose from in town in a pinch.

Consistently the worst McDonald's. Don't get a burger bigger than a single, it will be raw. I got a steak egg and cheese bagel with a cheeseburger instead of the steak. Slow workers who don't care. Never been there without them messing up my order.Worth the drive to Bellevue to avoid this place.
