Took 14 min to get a #2a combo today. Gross, greasy employees that are left to run this business and do not care at all. Food always sloppy & cold. And right at 15min from window to window is insane for any McDonalds.

I ordered a burger plain and a mcchicken $5 meal. They not only forgot to make my burger plain, but they forgot the $5 meal as a whole. I repeatedly told them how I wanted my order and they still managed to mess it up. How do you do extra work on a burger? You slap the bun on it and slide it down like I ordered. I went inside with my arms crossed and nobody said a thing when I called for them. I asked for barbecue sauce three times and they ignored it the first 2. Never have I ever wanted to reach behind the counter and take the entire bucket. Service was terrible. Don’t ever go here if you want to eat what you order.

Orders always wrong. If you don’t check them before you pay, you won’t get what you asked for. Not to mention even when it’s right on the receipt there’s gonna be at least one thing wrong or missing from your bag. This place needs new management.

Did a mobile order & food was ready shortly after arriving. Order was correct, which is a nice change. Food wasn't very warm though. Nuggets & fries weren't cold, but not very warm either. Apples pies were cold, like they were taken out of the fridge instead of a warmer. So it was rather disappointing to have barely warm food & cold pies.

Somehow, ordering at the drive through near was impossible. We tried to order 2 chicken big macs in a meal, and they were rung up as regular big macs. When we tried to clarify, the lady was a bit short with us, explained the chicken big macs don't come with fries and a drink. We asked her to then change it to just 2 chicken big macs and 2 large fries, and long story short this seems an impossible task without a manager. When the screen finally was all correct and we'd finished ordering all our various items, we proceeded to the window, got home, and had the correct total number of sandwiches, but it was 1 chicken big mac and 2 regular ones! Aside from the ordering issues, we actually got hot, fresh food and they didn't forget to give us sauces, fries were super fresh, and service at the window was really fast. While the sandwiches were wrong, the total amount of food was the same, so maybe it was just a bad night. I'll try them again sometime.

Fast and efficient, but neither the young man who took my order at the drive through or the young woman who handed me the order bothered to say "thank you" !! I probably just paid for their hourly wage!! Biggest pet peeve ever!

Probably one of the worst locations. Super unfortunate that they spent so much money renovating the building but fill it with careless employees and poor management. I would skip this location if you’re craving McDonald’s and go somewhere else. You won’t get what you ordered and it won’t be timely or pleasant. 0/10 with everything being so expensive it’s just no longer worth it
