Good food, quality service! In and out in less than 30 mins!

The food was good. Service was slow. Waited and waited for food to come out and slowly one thing at a time came with time in between. Refills were almost impossible. Ordered appetizer that came out with first pizza. This was our third visit and very little improvement. We had almost an entire large pizza left, 1/4 all meat, 3/4 thick crust pepperoni lovers, leftover wings, 1/2 gluten free and a personal pan so we asked for a couple large to go boxes. We were told she couldn’t give us only the light weight small boxes because of inventory. Six flimsy boxes later, we left. So much for eating here again. Drove from Bellevue and Plattsmouth to be disappointed over boxes and service.

We had a call in order that took over 16 minutes before I could finally get the guy to stop talking over me and let me speak with a manager. After that, it was smooth sailing, and we got our order placed quickly with her.
The drive-through experience wasn't much better than talking with the guy initially taking our order. They didn't give my wife all of the things we paid for. She sat in the window trying to get the attention of the 2 employees standing there talking with one another for almost 3 minutes before they finally saw her motioning to them.
All in all, the food was good... But if we would have known how stressful it was going to be to get fast food, we would have definitely chose a different option.

Service is fast. Waiters are great and kind. The manager Shea is always energetic and complimenting her team and she always makes us have a great experience! We will be definitely coming back many times!

The service was super slow. When we asked for a to go box they gave us a personal sized box that didn’t fit the pizza. When we asked for a larger box we were told sorry those are to expensive we can only give you the small box.

If I could give this business zero Stars I would. We put in an order at 4:45 to be picked up at 5:45. We arrived at 5:45 and stood around until 6:45 when the manager finally came up and told us that they had never put our order in and if we would wait another 15 minutes they would get it right done then. I was almost too angry to respond by that point and made them give me my money back and stormed out. Nobody knew anything about what was going on. I don't think anybody should eat there

We were at wrestling practice and I kept thinking about how good some Pizza Hut would be for dinner lol! I ordered online and went to pick it up in the drive thru.
Now, I won’t lie. It did take slightly longer than I was quoted on line, but let me tell you… the wait was worth it. The pizza was super fresh, super hot, and so delicious!!! The first slide had that amazing cheese pull like you’d see in animated movies from the early 90s. It was perfection.
The young man working drive thru was super kind and so apologetic about the order being a little late.
We will definitely stop by again! 10/10!

The last two times I've been here, it's been bad. The first time, I had a thin crust pizza. It was like cardboard. Tonight, I only got half of my order after reminding the server twice. I'm not a fan.
--- The management reached out to me, and I was able to offer some more insight on the review. I appreciate their efforts! And will try them again.

Wish I could give negative stars. Worst customer service and staff I’ve ever dealt with. Very rude and disrespectful and dismissive. Do not even bother. They will let you order delivery and neglect to tell you they don’t even have a delivery driver. But will HAPPILY take your money and offer no help or assistance. Then ask you to come pick up your order that you paid extra to have delivered and even tipped. An absolute joke of management and staff. Hope they continue to lose money. Absolute waste of space and investment money for new building. Apparently the simple words “I’m sorry” don’t register in their vocabulary. Stay far far away. Unless you like to have your meal plans ruined and money wasted for funsies.
