Ordered through the BWW app for delivery. Delivery was here super quick - cool! Finally sat down to eat with the family and turns out our order was partially wrong. We had ordered 6 parm garlic traditional wings and 20 boneless wings with 10 honey BBQ and 10 Asian zing. We ended up getting 10 parm garlic wings instead of the Asian zing. Already, my husband is irritated because he had a long day and all he wanted to do was eat dinner. Ok. So I call and I speak with a lady who claims she is the manager. She tells me I need to call DoorDash. Huh? I didn’t order through DoorDash… She says she can’t see my name, phone number, or card number. Okay? Sooo you can take my money without any info? Okay cool. I persistently keep telling her I didn’t order through DoorDash and she just is not getting it. She tells me the owner will give me a call. Okay whatever. Still have not heard back from the manager nor owner about this crazy ordeal. While it’s only like $11, it’s more the fact that my family’s dinner was pretty much ruined and there isn’t anything anyone can do about it apparently since I ordered through BWW but they use DoorDash for delivery.“

“i’ve been here a few times, and every time i come back i feel the service and food gets worse. pizza will sit up there for 20-30 minutes and they never have the essentials out when i arrive at 5pm (pepperoni, cheese pizza) they will get upset if you request a pizza as well. i reccomend going to the Ankeny location!“

“Bdubs. Bdubs Go. Buffalo Wild Wings Go. A man of many names. My experiences with this fine dining establishment is very unique, and diverse. I am one to think that my experiences are enough to give to the “first timers” of Bdubs go. Here are some things people should know.
1. When you see the jeep that is decorated with Buffalo Wild Wings all over it, you know you are in good hands. The Bdubs main man, Matthew “Bdubs Go” King is working. He is the main man at this place, and you know you are in good hands.
2. It is not a place to watch sports. Although it is a Buffalo Wild Wings, the TVs are on two things, either the Roku city or the most obscure sport imaginable, likely on espn 8, the ocho.
3. 90% of your Bdubs experience is reliant on the employee working on the register. They are responsible for the order input, the ranch/bleu cheese, utensils, and drink cups. (By the way, one employee charges you for the cup, even if you get a water. So never buy the drink or ask for a water if encountered by her.
4. Always camp out 10 hours before the grand opening to get free wings for a year. Best decision of my recent lifetime and would do it ten times out of ten. Matthew “Bdubs Go” King, good job.“

“This was some of the best food I’ve had in months. The chicken tenders are so moist and flavorful. The batter mixture and the softness of the waffle is as good as it gets. I’ve had the classic chicken and waffles pairing before but never done so well. Arguably the best cornbread I’ve had in my life also. I cannot ~wait~ to come back and to put everyone onto this place.“
