Best pho I’ve had in Grimes, no question. The broth was so flavorful, the veggies were fresh, and the egg rolls were perfectly crispy with a great sweet sauce. Service was friendly and quick. I’ll definitely be back.
Good sized portion, mine was lunch size and I had enough for 3 meals. The only issue was too much oil and seasoning. Fried rice should only have a hint of the seasoning, not drenched in it and the oil. Otherwise, the service was very good and the restaurant is very clean. From the picture you can see how dark it was from over seasoning. Back off a bit and this would have gotten 5 stars.
Tried the shrimp spring rolls, those were pretty good but I wish they had a peanut sauce to go with it instead of some type of oil sauce and crushed peanuts on the side. The pho was a bit underwhelming, the broth itself was bland and not flavorful. I LOVE pho and was craving it this day, it did not hit the spot like I thought it would. I’ve tried many pho spots and I probably wouldn’t come here again for the pho, although maybe other items are better.
