First time trying it and I loved it! The waitress was attentive and the food was delicious. Definitely our go to breakfast spot from now on.

We came in with a group of 10 and got right in. Service was very good and good came out on time. It was dinner food and plenty to choose from.

We stop by town looking for a restaurant that we do for the past. Just happened upon this place, they did a great job. The breakfast was amazing having food was really fresh.

One of our favorite restaurants. We drive 33 minutes just to come here and always worth the drive. Pancakes are incredible flavor and consistency.

Unfortunately my wife ordered take out today and two items were missing. She called then went back and one of the waitresses just put the missed items on the counter and walked away with no apology. Don’t know if she’ll order again. Any questions call Tracey gaumer.

We stayed in Grinnell for 4 days for the NASCAR races. We found this gem on our first morning and made it our daily breakfast stop. DELICIOUS food, great service and clean restaurant! Highly recommended!

Prices are reasonable. We got the fried pickle appetizer, which was a good portion and tasty. My daughter ordered chicken fried steak which was pre-made vs. Homemade and the gravy tasted like it was out of a can. Would not recommend. I got the smothered chop steak which was a good size portion. And was pretty good, put the plate was covered in liquid, which created a bit of a soggy taste/texture. We weren't offered refills on our drinks or the ice crem that was listed as coming with the meals.
