New pizza hut in grinnell!! Complete garbage. Was so excited. Nope.

Came in on Tuesday afternoon for lunch and ordered a personal pan. Service and pizza was good. But I witnessed a lady worker use the restroom and not wash her hands. Then shortly after, she came out of the kitchen with a handful of forks to put out in the dining room. Bathrooms were NOT clean. If I lived in this area, I would not be ordering from this pizza hut.

It's freezing cold in the restaurant. The food is okay there is nothing to rave about.
Its a great place for a pizza hut, the first time I ordered there. We did have to wait, food was still exceptional. Small towns like to bash places that don't serve them hand and foot. If this establishment stays around long enough. It will be a great pizza hut

Ordered first time after they opened and they forgot a pizza. We live 40 minutes away. Told us they would credit the phone number for next time. Ordered again, requested the free pizza that we didn’t get last time and then added to the order. Got home and still didn’t get the pizza that we didn’t get the first time. Called again and received an apology about the misunderstanding….ok?
