Staff was unfriendly, didn't wait for our full order before giving us our total and then rolled their eyes at us. "Coffee" tasted like flavored milk. Where was the espresso? Yuck! Never again.

We stopped in for coffee and cookies. Amazing place with lots of room and friendly staff and patrons. The molasses cookie was soooo good! Our iced coffees were on point and we didn't have to wait long for anything. We had the cinnamon swirl mocha and the Honeybun.

This place is a true small town, college coffee shop run by locals with a nice atmosphere and cheerful service that is not overbearing . I’m really glad I found it because I was both hungry and needing early in the morning on a humid June morning. I would’ve gladly returned there and spent the day after my meeting.

Dietary restrictions: A true nuts and berries menu run by some cool local ladies b

Parking: Nearby find an historic Sullivan building that was open to visitors. It is architecturally important by any measure.

I had the pleasure of visiting Saints Rest yesterday for the 1st time. Our internet was out and I needed a solid place I could work for several hours.

First of all, the space! It’s adorable - a mix of old and new, lots of artwork up on the walls, tin ceiling tiles, and various types of seating available, too - from traditional table and chairs to comfy couches! It’s such a warm, welcoming space.

The lemon muffin was delish! I learned they’re baked fresh daily. Drinks - I had a large iced mocha and a few soda waters. Yummy!

If you need a place to set up your laptop to crank out some work, this place is perfect! Free WiFi - and there are extra power strips throughout - for just that very reason. Wow!

The best part though - the staff! I neglected to catch the staff members’ name who initially welcomed and helped me. I do remember Ren though! They were especially kind to me - sharing more about the cafe (pro tip they told me - it’s much cooler to sit in the middle to back of the place vs the windows in front of the stage). I had set-up my mini office at one of the tables looking right outside the windows. Ren noticed (it was near closing time mind you!) I had gulped down my water and brought me another. Wow! Definitely not the personal touch you’d get at some stuffy, corporate place (like Starby’s).

Overall, highly recommend — and, I will definitely be back!

Kid-friendliness: Kids toys and books were available.

Visited on a holiday so not many people out. Construction around the shop I'm sure isn't helping customer access. Owner was friendly and actually gave me a free muffin. Great way to build a loyal customer base. I don't live in the town but will visit her shop when in town. And refer people I know to as well. Thanks for the muffin.

It is a decent place. Nothing spectacular but I will say their muffins are pretty amazing though. Good small town local coffee shop. I don’t go much. I am not into all those fancy drinks. I used to go a lot more when I first moved to town years ago but haven’t been in months. I do miss their small drive through place they had. I did go there every other day and many times they had specials on drinks and often would get one for me and one for my son cause of that. So if anything I missed that the most.
