Absolutely LOVE this coffee shop!! The girls are all very nice and friendly. Always chat with me when I’m at the window. And they all know me by name now and car so sometimes when I pull it they already know I’m there for my online order. Great place and go every morning! ☕️☕️ Katie J

I will never go here again. I ordered off the app. And when I got there they tell me they don't have half my order. And try to get me to substitute something else. If I wanted something besides what I ordered I would have ordered it. Then I tell them to refund my money. They say we can't do that well have the manager call you in a couple days. No I want my money. So I ask them for there number they tell me to look it up on Google, no I want the number I'm driving can't do that well we got cars in line that are waiting!!! hello I'm a paying customer as well. Not worried about the cars behind me. They finally give me a number I ask for the receipt we need that for our manager. Excuse me? So I got no reciept!!! Very bad customer service and very rude little girl at the window

I love this coffee shop. 🥰Great coffee made the way I like it. Kind service, with a smile. I come here often, few times a week, always order the same thing. Once I got a coffee that leaked and was cold (was supposed to be hot) I called let them know what happened. Not only did they replace my cold coffee but gave me a card for a free coffee next time. That is customer service. Thank you Scooter's🥰🤗 I rate the food 1 star because, it was disgusting, sorry! I got sausage egg burrito. First time getting food at the shop. The taste was okay, but the texture was gooy mushy slim. I can't discribe it any better than that. 🤢 Honestly, I have not tried anything else in the way of food since the burrito. I know that other coffee shops food is generally pretty good. Maybe it was an off day? I just can't get past the burrito to give it a second shot.😂

Absurdly slow. I left with 15 minutes to spare and was still late for work, would have been more late if I stayed in line. Giving yourself 20 minutes, even if it’s just one drink and they aren't that busy, is cutting it too close. I wouldn't make this the stop before work.
On day one, I received a bagel sandwich that was cold in the middle. Thick ice in a blended drink and out of certain menu items (matcha) on day two. I recommend elsewhere until they find their footing, if they do.

We got a mint hot chocolate and two flavored espresso drinks, and an everything bagel sandwich. The espresso has a strong flavor that makes the sweet drinks not overwhelmingly sweet. The bagel sandwich had a nice spice to the sausage. The service was fast and very polite and friendly!
