My small town in Wisconsin would be lucky to have a place like Jimmy D's. We traveled to Hawkeye to meet up with a friend from central Iowa and to visit a well-known local plant nursery (a must-see attraction!). Hawkeye is tiny town with a lot of splash of character and local charm and Jimmy D's fit the bill as the perfect place for us to meet for lunch. Stopped in from out of town. Was awesome. Pancakes were a plateful and delicious. 2 egg omelette with everything was also great. Got a homemade apple pie to go, fresh from the oven.
