The staff is so welcoming and always willing to offer new suggestions when I'm looking to switch things up. Everything I've tried has been delicious. The atmosphere inside is cozy and inviting too. They even host fun events like plant bingo, painting, etc. Just an all around great place!!!

I came in the other day and service was good and coffee was really good. I came in today and it took quite awhile to get my drink and then it tasted like milk. Wasn't impressed. They needs to be consistently.

Stopped by for lunch on Friday while passing through town. Owner ignored me for 20 min. Got my drink and it was not what I ordered but instead was what the owner thought I’d like. It was not good. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes to pay while the owner talked poorly about a lady that had just bought a drink and walked out the door. I will not be returning.

Best coffee! Recommend hot caramel with white chocolate. Super BEST scones!! Awesome freeze dried candies and fruits, awesome sticker collection that my kids (and me) Love, hilarious signs for sale amongst every other vendor with amazing style. I LOVE going to Hawkeye for great EVERYTHING and having great talks and laughs with the owner.

Homemade baked treats. Coffee, tea, spritzers, and specialty drinks available. Friendly service. Huge seating area. Bonus: lots of neat items for sale, from trinkets to beef sticks, haircare to antiques, jewelry to tshirts, and literally everything in between- including a photography studio! Talk about a hidden gem!

This is such a cute place in a very old building. If i lived closer, I would go more often. The owner is so sweet and nice. Besides the beverages, pastries are also offered. It is kind of like a mini craft store/ thrift store to with items for sale. So much to look at. I would highly recommend stopping here is you are in the area. And the best part - green tea latte is offered! Not every place offers so I was pleasantly surprised.

This was a treat. Nothing was open in West Union, Iowa. Decided to drive just a few miles up the road to Hawkeye, Iowa We found this coffee shop just by googling Coffee shops close to our location. Excellent coffee, service and some fun items inside their store. I had a vanilla latte that was truly one of the best I have had in quite some time. This was very much so worth our drive and time.
