The food is ALWAYS fresh!! I am very grateful they do not do a buffet so I don’t overeat and have food freshly made. ❤️ They are very generous with the proportions and the prices are affordable especially at lunch. You can mix it up too- order sweet sour chicken with general sauce or peanut sauce, etc. The peanut sauce is to die for. The appetizer platter is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. I can see why they’ve been in business for a long time. I can’t say enough...read full review

Chang's Chinese Kitchen is a long-standing favorite spot in Humboldt. They offer fresh food with generous portions at affordable prices, especially during lunch. The menu allows for mixing up flavors like sweet-sour chicken and peanut sauce, which is highly recommended. The General Tso's Chicken is a popular choice, with fast and friendly service. Although some dishes might need adjustments for spiciness, the overall experience is delightful with a cozy atmosphere and top-notch customer service.
