Made a pickup order on the app on 6/14/2024. Ordered 4 foot long subs, received a call to be advised they were out of steak and pepper jack cheese. This was half my order. I requested to cancel my order. I have now called twice regarding the refund I still have not received as of 7/11/2024. The person I spoke with on the phone stated they were a manager. When I called the second time I spoke with the same manager, she however did not take any of my Information but stated she would look into the missing refund. Not at all impressed with the customer service I received.

If you're not serving fresh bread don't open for business. Bread was sitting out. I asked about freshness before it went inside the toaster and was told it's still good. It was not!

Why is it that you pay extra for something (bacon) and then they don't put it on your sandwich. This happens at every subway any time we place an online order and it is getting old.Don't recommend placing online orders here if you want your sandwich made "your way"

They need to keep an eye on the veggies. Last two times I have ordered I have had to go home and remove them. Wilted and dried out brown lettuce is not right.Staff are always friendly but need to a better job of keeping the food fresh.

Horrible experience at the Huxley Subway today. All three gals working were extremely rude, rolled their eyes, & spoke very condescendingly when I asked questions about the menu since I haven't been in for awhile. To top it all off I asked what was in one of the oil bottles & one of the gals, who turns out to be the manager (excuse me, what?) said "if you read (pointing to a sign) you'll know what's in them." Overall, I was treated extremely poorly & met with sassy, condescending remarks at every point in my visit, and I will not be going back.
So amazingly fresh, clean, and organized every time I am in there.(like LOOK at those vegetables!) The employees are always so sweet and fast and make everything as you ask! Overall amazing service:)!
The people here need re-trained on how to make a sandwich. I got a teriyaki chicken with 5-6 veggies and it was FALLING APART. they just threw everything on there with no real care. They need to be taught to keep the meat on the top half and the veggies on the bottom so when you close the sandwich the veggies don't just fall out. Would rather drive 15 minutes to Ames to get a sandwich than go back.
A review of safe food handling might be needed. The person running the register continued to go between handling money and preparing sandwiches without ever replacing the gloves she was wearing.
