Live in town and go multiple times a month. I have been contemplating not going back after multiple times going and getting horrible service and sandwiches that were not edible due to poorly made and inability to make them right. I felt bad for the worker but after spending money on multiple occasions and hardly able to eat due to slow, sloppy and just badly made food by subway worker (Name Tag Bob) I am not sure I will be back. Too much money lost on horrible service. FYI the younger kid sometimes working at the same time is amazing and I feel bad he has to deal with Bob’s inability to do the job correctly.

I went in for lunch today around 11:30 and when I opened the door you could easily see that the restaurant had not been swept or mopped in quite some time. There were flies buzzing around all over the place and all the tables looked filthy. I decided to take my business elsewhere for lunch. This Subway was bad a long time ago but had gotten so much better the past couple of years. Disappointing that it has gone downhill again.

This location is constantly out of the most important thing for a sandwich shop... BREAD.
Several times over the last couple years we have run into this. Today again they are out of all bread except for flatbread.
I probably eat at subways more than I should and I have never been to another location that has no bread, probably because that is the foundation of the product they sell.
Employees have blamed the person in charge of ordering supplies in this past, didn't get an excuse this time. But whatever is going on needs to change.
Waited from 3:30pm- 4:45pm for an online order that was already paid for supposed to be done at 3:45. Said it was done on the app at correct time. Meanwhile the worker was too busy sitting at a table drinking a soda on his phone having to listen to a full life story about the workers OWI and being from prison waiting for the subs. Also upon getting the subs the sandwich toppings were on the opposite sandwiches. Horrible service will not be returning to this store again.

Bob and Justin were awesome!!! They made our experience of getting supper a memorable one!! Sandwiches were great, but the service was better!!!
THANK YOU JUSTIN. We had an online order and one of the sandwiches had double meat, the tickets are odd when you look at them and its an understandable mistake. But got home to find out that it wasn't double meat. Justin went above and beyond to make it better and I REALLY appreciate that.
Went in on a Tuesday night for dinner and were greeted by the employees. They asked us how our day was and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Food was fantastic as well. This restaurant has gotten so much better over the years between new management, interior makeover and employees that care.
Made a pickup order on the app on 6/14/2024. Ordered 4 foot long subs, received a call to be advised they were out of steak and pepper jack cheese. This was half my order. I requested to cancel my order. I have now called twice regarding the refund I still have not received as of 7/11/2024. The person I spoke with on the phone stated they were a manager. When I called the second time I spoke with the same manager, she however did not take any of my Information but stated she would look into the missing refund. Not at all impressed with the customer service I received.

If you're not serving fresh bread don't open for business. Bread was sitting out. I asked about freshness before it went inside the toaster and was told it's still good. It was not!

Why is it that you pay extra for something (bacon) and then they don't put it on your sandwich. This happens at every subway any time we place an online order and it is getting old.Don't recommend placing online orders here if you want your sandwich made "your way"
