“I always liked Backdraft, the food was great. But I've had to start limiting what I ordered. the brisket started to become hit or miss. Sometimes it was flavorful and fell apart. Other times it was like chewing rubber or excessively fatty and tasted like it was leftovers reheated. On a recent visit we ordered pizza and the crust wasn't cooked and very chewy and tough. the brisket on the pizza had a lot of fat chunks, and the brisket was very tough, and tasted old, we had to pick it off. the cream cheese was in massive chunks. It wasn't made like how they use to be made. Try it for yourselves, like i said, it use to be great but it's now hit or miss.“
