New management is doing great! I’d stopped going for a while because any time I’d go, my ice cream (I usually get a brownie delight) would taste like I was licking an ash tray. And the brownies would be dry and most often burnt and just not taste good. Last night, the brownie was chewy and tasted fresh and the ice cream was delicious!! And they actually put enough chocolate syrup on it that I didn’t have to add more when I got home!! Keep up the good work new management!!!!

I travel a lot in my line of work and I decided to give this place a try 2 years ago. No need to tell you that it has become one of my favorites as I travel. I stopped there every time and I'm never disappointed. The food is always amazing and served with a smile. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere to enjoy a good meal and one of their delicious ice cream treat. Best of all they have not raised their prices from last year !!!

I've frequented this place since it has opened, it has never improved even with change of management. Everytime you go you have to hope you get someone competent enough to take your order and make it, especially a worker named Caleb. He's all over the place, he'll ask you questions you've already answered, won't twist your twisters, and without me handing him my card he wouldn't have remembered I still had to pay. Hopefully one day it won't be a revolving door of people who can't do their job, with prices being so high you'd hope to get service and food.

I've eaten here for years throughout all ownerships. I went today with my girlfriend and we stopped in the parking lot to get into one car to go into the drive through. I proceeded to get yelled at by the supposed owner of the business for parking my car in the middle of the parking lot. I told I was about to order food and that's not how to treat a costumer. I've been in costumer service for years and if thats how you treat people as the owner of the business then you shouldn't have a business. Maybe instead of freaking on me for pulling into your parking lot to spend money at your business just ask what I'm doing. Used to like this place but with that interaction for wanting to go there and spend my hard earned money on food and getting yelled at for it. I don't recommend anyone go here anymore with that service. I've had multiple really good experiences there over the years and I'm extremely disappointed in the behavior and the lack of service from the owner. Disappointed!

Called in food to go and was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. Actually took 1hr because they forgot about or lost my order ticket. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!!
