This is by far the slowest service I have received from a subway. Between online orders and short staff it takes 15 minutes to get 1 sandwich if your in a hurry dont go there.

Ordered 2 6inch subs of elite cbr with extra bacon. There was so little chicken on these subs that I feel like there was maybe enough for 1 6inch if you are lucky. This was absolutely ridiculous for what you pay for. I won't be back.

Service was absolutely terrible the blonde lady that was not working the register through all of my stuff on the counter After having to chase me out and tell me that they gave me the wrong food first of all, it’s not my problem, but then to be disrespectful to me after I was the one that was understanding is absolutely unacceptable Having an attitude with a pregnant woman is already one thing, but did we just be doing it just because you don’t like your job is another thing

Was a good subway unfortunately just like every other business around here they can't but hire tweakers. With that said one of their newer employees are running around town threatening harm on people. Not a good look Subway. ?

Placed an order online and it didn’t change the pick up time so tried calling the store 12 times and no one answered so went and picked it up and asked if the phones where working and got told “we don’t answer the phones during the day cause we don’t have time” yet there was absolutely no one in line ordering and barley any car outside the building definitely not a way to run a business
Waited in line for 45 minutes due to online orders being made as they were coming in while we were waiting! Couldn't even get the proper amount of meat on our sandwiches because everything was empty! Tables were filthy! Floor needed swept. This is the only fast food (thats a laugh) in town open on Sunday evening. You would think they would have extra help to cover the demand! Be a cold day in hell before I visit the IdaGrove Subway again! Prior to today, we visited this Subway almost every week. Not a loyal customer anymore!
