I call ahead and order at least 2 large orders of the jalapeno bites. By the time I get there they are ready. They have gotten to where they recognize my voice and certainly my order and are always friendly. The drive-thru help are the absolute friendliest in town.

Both new sauces that 'go' with the pulled pork & brisket sandwiches were disappointing. Luckily, there was some three pepper sauce still available. (The staff said that sauce was being discontinued) Although we used very little of that because the meat stood on its own. Consensus: Brisket & Pulled Pork Sandwiches = good Sauces for brisket & pulled pork = not worth trying Three pepper sauce discontinued? = sad, very sad, poor marketing choice

The door by the handicap parking is not handicap accessible. Hard to gain access to the building with this door

It seems the GM has been replaced, as he was the only one to ever treat us poorly, I can't say I feel bad.
Tried the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich, it was amazing. The DM was running the show with respect and dignity. That's a nice change of pace.
My problem with Arby's is that even if the beef is piping hot to start, it hits that cold slicer and is lukewarm when it hits the table. People and restaurant were clean, courteous and friendly. Love the fish sandwich at Lent.
I walked in never gave my order the help at the counter was to busy to take my order. Drive through is not the only people that want food. I WON' t be back.
