“I went in tonight they asked me if I was going to dine in or out so I said I was going to dine in went down to the register ordered they asked me again is this for here to go I said for here they actually packed my food to go I had to ask for a bowl and extra crackers for my chili the only reason why I'm commenting this is because I noticed that the other people that said that they were dining in they were told to have a seat I was never told that and the young lady who took my order blonde hair gray sweatshirt had selective hearing problems sorry I could not provide a name I understand teenagers need a job the least you could do is pay attention to your customer and what they are ordering thank you former special education associate Des Moines Public Schools”

“We have been several times in the law few weeks and it’s been perfect every time. Veggie frittata is a must try, best I’ve had! My iced coffees have all be the perfect balance. Not too sweet. Scones and muffins are also so good. Grabbed a blackberry lavender scone for my daughter in law and she said it was very good. Great atmosphere also!”

“Today I stopped in with my 8th grade softball team. I think it was Taylor (one of my girls thought she read that) she was working by herself and she did absolutely amazing! She took care of all 17 girls and 2 coaches. She was very polite and calm. That many orders she handled it very well. It’s always fun to stop by after playing and get a nice cold treat! :)”

“This is our go-to place while dining in Indianola. Mainly because we have a large family and young kids; thus, we super appreciate the fast service and friendly staff. Of course the food is amazing, too. Our kids always look forward to coming here especially for the queso. Dad orders pastor; Mom orders enchiladas (all types are amazing here). Thanks for always accommodating our big crew!”

“I call ahead and order at least 2 large orders of the jalapeno bites.
By the time I get there they are ready. They have gotten to where they recognize my voice and certainly my order and are always friendly. The drive-thru help are the absolute friendliest in town.”

“Mom and I happen to be in Indianola today and we went through the scooters there, the most friendliest gal helped us at the window, I wish I would’ve got her name, but she was very smiley and outgoing, and just made us smile. Perfect made drinks. 👍 got my favorite peanut butter powder and mom tried something new chocolate drink with coconut milk, they were very helpful in getting her what she wanted. 👍”

“This Burger King is the best one that my boyfriend and i had ever been too. The guy taking our order was the most up-beat happy go lucky guy i had ever met in a fast food buisness. It happened to be his birthday day 70 yrs old i believe. The other manager and staff were so nice and polite. What a great experience it was. Thanks for the great service!”

“We had a small party for my mom's birthday this evening and we were pleasantly surprised with how the entire evening went. CJ was the gentleman helping us, he was AMAZING. He interacted with everyone, including all of our crazy children running all around the room. He was very polite and even volunteered to get a group picture of all of us! Customer service experiences will make or break places, but because of CJ, we will most definitely be back!!”

“They did an amazing job on the ice cream cake. Staff were all super nice and the atmosphere was amazing while I was in store. They have a dq closer to me but I'm glad I decided to go out of my way to this store instead. Really appreciate everything and maybe ill get another cake for my family Xmas. I honestly would have ate the food there, but I needed to concentrate on getting the cake back to a freezer.”
