Stopped to get coffee and a cookie today. The young girl who served us was very rude and impatient while waiting for us to decide what we wanted to order, and again when giving us our order. The cookie we received, while normally is covered in chocolate chips and warm and gooey was cold, hard and barely had chocolate chips. She also had attitude when we asked for a receipt. The first time I went to a scooter's coffee was when I took a school trip to DC and when we got off the plane there was one in the airport, I got the Carmelicious. It was one of the best coffees I have ever had. Now they have a salted version of the drink that I get every time. It never disappoints

I shouldn't really give 3 stars because usually I don't have any problems until today. I was very clear what I wanted, she questioned my options, I repeated my order. Then to pay she couldn't even pay attention to me, what she was doing & could care less. Rude.
