“This place is very close to Red Rosa pizza and that says allot as Red Rossa was the best Neapolitan pizza in the area (Red Rosa is now Franka pizzeria and not nearly as good). Friendly staff but they only serve 12" pizzas so if your getting pizza to go this means you are getting numerous 12" pizzas (Red Rosa had 2 for Tuesdays). Worth the trip to Norwalk to try this place.”

The pizza is served with generous toppings and great crust. This unassuming family owned business really something delightful.Vegetarian options: Small salad bar. Lots of great salads ?. Plenty of veggie toppings for their pizzas.Parking: The parking is a shared lot with a strip mall and grocery store. Always spaces.Kid-friendliness: It's a family restaurant. They have boosters and high chairs. Sturdy chairs and tables. No high tops.”

“The store was very clean and the worker helping me did great. I got one sandwich and for everything I was unsure about he gave me advice of some sort. I was unsure about cheese however since my sandwich normally comes with double cheese he posed the idea of using both kinds, and when I was unsure about sauce he let me try them in little cups. I felt bad about going in close to when the locked down but he had a very positive attitude and seemed happy that he could help me.”

“I tried the new bacon ranch cheese steak and it wasn't nearly as good as the classic. The bacon was really crunchy hard and dry which was not good and there was far too much ranch. The bun and meat were delicious.”

“It's McDonald's so you already have certain expectations when you pull through the drive-thru. I only go here for breakfast but it's always spot on and the employees are always super nice. Wait time is limited if they have to make it new. I just wish the prices weren't so high now! Bring back the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwich!”

Wait staff was very kind! They also do a good job wiping things down, being sanitary, wearing gloves, and then instead of reusable cups, they give you a water bottle! Would highly recommend and we cannot wait to go back!”

“Bang for your buck, you can’t beat Tacos Degollado, just east of 19th n University in Des Moines. This place wins HANDS DOWN in my opinion. Always have gotten the “special” part of the order right for everyone I have brought there. No onions never had onions, no cilantro always without cilantro. You cannot beat this for the quality, quantity and price. In DSM, as far as our street food goes, it’s the best in its category. You won’t be disappointed. Mucho Gisto!”

“The chicken over rice platter did not have that “New York halal cart” taste that Des Moines desperately needs. But was decent. Portion sizes were about average for the $14 pricing. My wife had a gyro wrap that she said was “ok” which ran around $11.Still getting 4 stars as I will reccomend it over the Mo’s restaurant that is nearby on 60th and Ashworth (that place is a ripoff on portion sizes/price) but the bar is low for halal options in the area.”

“I highly recommend Black Cat Ice Cream! They have a lot of unique homemade ice cream flavors that are creative and seasonably appropriate. It’s a fun experience with the ice cream options and the atmosphere in the shop and outdoor seating options. I’ve tried their scoops of ice cream, and the ice cream nuggets dipped in fudge. It doesn’t matter what I get, so far I’ve been happy with my selections each time. If you love ice cream and are looking for something fun and unique, this is the place for you!”

“Great place! Hearty food, well done, plenty of it! Best hash browns ever had. Mine were loaded (Swiss and American, onions, peppers, jalapeños, mushrooms). Also came with ham, two eggs and two biscuits and gravy. Service with a smile!”

Parking is a little tricky, but does have free street parking. Also limited seating. Looks like a bright enjoyable environment to work in if your lucky enough to get a seat. All seating was full at 9 am on a Saturday when I arrived, so plan accordingly.”
