When my wife and I started going here the food and customer service was excellent. It has slowly diminished over a few months. The quality of the food and lack of customer service. With not very many choices in indianola to choose from, seems des moines is alot closer then it sounds. One of the times we ordered a salad and the dressing we received wasn't even on the menu and already poured on the salad (not in the sauce cup like every other time). That was a quick trip to the store that night to buy another dinner. There are few other disappointments but tonight was just the ending. Ordered the tator tot meal and needless to say it was literally a cup of chopped up onions with very little sauce and cheese. The chicken tenders must of been from 2 hours earlier as they was so dried out. I would of gave a 1 star but I do love the fries and pineapple soda. We took 3 months off from this place but seems to be worse. That's too bad we loved you!

Originally tried the Johnston location years ago and enjoyed it. Tried this Indianola location as I was in the area, and eh. The fries had more salt than the Atlantic Ocean. The breading on chicken had zero flavor. The chocolate milkshake was alright.This was unfortunate as my expectations were pretty high. Spending $40 on a family of 4 only to be salted down is truly a bad practice.Seriously, lay off the salt.

Tried this place two times, about 3 months apart. First time I got my meal home opened it up and realized I didn't even get my order. So I didn't go back for a long time. Decided to try it again, mistake. Ordered two 4 piece meals and again got home before I realized I got 3 piece meals. Paid for 4 piece. Not going back, done with this place.

Always a nice sized chicken breast in your sandwich and tenders. Really good fries. The staff are always very friendly and the restaurant is always nice and clean. I also really enjoy the pineapple cream soda. CK has a nice variety of chicken sandwiches and I've tried and enjoyed every one on the regular menu.

The chicken was good. I was just hoping that it would be more seasoned. I understand with all the sauces you are seasoning that way but the chicken still needs more seasoning itself. Especially if you don't eat the bun.
I’d say it’s one of the best places I’ve eaten chicken recently. I had the Crab Rangoon Sandwhich and it was delicious and packed with flavor. Salads were amazing as well.
