Made a custom Bluey cake for my daughter's birthday, she may be 14 but loves the show. Cake was amazing, the frosting trim, yum. It definitely made her day and exceeded our expectations!

Epically terrible service. Ordered a single chicken strip basket meal and waited in line behind 3 cars for over 15 minutes, then another 10 at the window itself, only to be directed to the side to wait longer. After another 5 minutes I felt compelled to go inside because I'm certain the staff had completely forgotten I was there. I ENDED UP WAITING 30 MINUTES FOR A SINGLE CHICKEN STRIP BASKET. Have read numerous reviews about being understaffed but that wasn't my experience at all. Appeared to me to be more of an issue where ample staff was present, but socializing with one another was a higher priority than serving customers. And just very disorganized. Then after finally receiving my food, I expected maybe an offer of a refund or at minimum an apology for the terrible service and incredibly long wait, and nothing. The combination of it all compelled me to take the time to write this review. This experience has left such a horrible taste in my mouth I'll likely never go back. Get it together, DQ!

The staff at this Dairy Queen is the most non-motivated, ill informed, and non-customer friendly staff I have ever met at a Dairy Queen. They would rather lie to you and tell you something is not available, rather than actually go find out from someone else if they actually carry a product that all Dairy Queen restaurants carry. Absolutely inexcusable.

Awful experience sat and waited for my meal for 30 min before being told my order was given to someone else. Waited another 15 min for food before asking for a refund. Staff was careless and showed no compassion towards her own mistakes very unsatisfactory

When you order food and ask for no salt. You’d think they wouldn’t put salt but nope my fries were overly salty. Ranch cup was also half full. Couldn’t even give the right pop.

The food is good and the service slow but polite usually. Cross contamination in this store is frequent and dangerous. My wife is allergic to bananas. We know not to get a shake or blizzard but you would think a brownie sundae would be safe but alas they snuck a piece of banana in there. This is the 4th time of rushing home for allergy pills to counteract the anaphylaxis. There really is no safe food there unless it is pre-packaged, I guess.

Not the workers fault they’re under staffed I’ve heard from a exworker that management was not great here but… I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes just to get to the order speaker (wasn’t even last in line when I arrived, I was 3 cars away from the speaker). Proceeded to wait 15 minutes to pay and to receive my one blizzard and side salad I ordered. Who knew a trip to DQ took over 40 minutes?Plan accordingly! Also attached is a picture of my $3 “side salad” with SOGGY OLD LETTUCE and the portion of a CHILD. I didn’t even bother eating it. Right in the trash like my $3

Trying to pick up a quick meal to take back to Hospice. The burgers were big. We should of shared one. Fries were fresh and hot. The malts thick and delicious.
This is one of the best Dairy Queens we have been to. Our blizzards and chicken baskets are always perfected made. The Manager and the employees are friendly. We visit this location at least once or twice a week.
Got an order to go. Went inside so I wouldn’t hold up the drive through. Waited for a long period of time which I normally don’t mind as I know many places are short staffed, But when half of the employees up front handling the ice cream orders and running the counter are more interested in horse play than their job, that’s when I do have an issue with it.Parking: When the employees are messing around inside and let the drive through line really long it can become hard to park or back out of the parking spot you are in.
