This place is a joke. They don't even deserve 1 star. After over a hour I called to check status of my order and it wasn't even started!! Then I was hung up on when I asked why I wasn't called to let me know the order was taking longer then it should. I suggest never ordering from here and just shut the place down.

Guess I won't be ordering pizza from you guys. You guys too afraid to hire responsible enough employees to handle money. Never had a problem getting changed before. But I guess now they're not allowed to carry no more than twenty dollars in change on them. Seems like a giant thing of fear like someone's gonna rob them or the person that the delivery drivers gonna steal the money or something. I guess that goes to show companies don't even trust its own employees. Sad thing is I ordered their multiple times week that now ends.

TEN STARS IF I COULD!!! I ordered online, fulling intending to order a pan and a stuffed crust pizza. When I picked up my order, they were both hand tossed. Totally my error. I went back in to see how fast I could get a stuffed crust pizza and was told 15 min. No big I'll just get it next time. He then says how about 10? Deal. I'll pay when I come back in, but was told not to worry about it!! Amazing service and really friendly staff. You guys are amazing. Thanks for making my night!!!

No driver for delivery, so they called and warned me. Not a problem! I picked it up within 10min and the gentleman was beyond great! Fantastic attitude and lowered the total price. Just what indy needs! The pizza was great too

Don't bother ordering from here. They have no idea how to get your order right. They can't count, can't tell the difference between the meats, and has no idea how to be respectful and apologize for getting your entire order wrong!

Have ordered buffalo chicken pizza multiple times and 4 times, they forgot to but the buffalo sauce on.

Placed an order and shortly after it was confirmed I was sent an email that they canceled it. I tried to call and ask why but no one would answer the phone. I was waiting on hold for over half an hour.

Never been into the store but have had delivery multiple times and the pizza is always delicious and the drivers are awesome. Verne is the absolute best!!!
