I ordered for my staff a few weeks ago and Alana and Lily were the sweetest! They not only labeled each item, but they added little stars, hearts, smiley faces, etc to each of our cups! In the middle of a long shift, it made such a nice touch. The ladies were very helpful and respectful at pickup as well, making sure the ordering process went smoothly. Group orders can be difficult, but they handled it efficiently and with ease.

Angie and her crew are amazing! I spilled my morning coffee outside my car so I came back in around noon to get another one (it’s Monday and I needed the caffeine) and I was just joking with them how I spilled it and needed another and she gave me my second coffee on the house!! That was really amazing customer service I didn’t expect it but I APPRECIATE IT!!! Thank you very much. I’m one happy customer! Highly recommend this location.

Terrible customer service. I asked for specific things to be added to the coffee and they back talked on why I would add sugar to an iced coffee. It wont resolve he said. Listen do your job and don't question people's orders. 2 times now I have had terrible customer service. Oh and they have no straws for whatever reason. Ill drive to the southside from now on

I ordered a pink drink in the drive thru. It tasted like lemonade so I asked them to remake it. The employee didn’t shake it in a shaker like you’re supposed to and barely added any coconut milk. I am really disappointed. The lady was rude and I didn’t appreciate her attitude towards me. I would rather go to the Starbucks in hyvee than go to this one again. I wish the employee would have taken her time to put in the shaker as they were not busy at all. I am a barista and I know the proper beverage crating routine and this was disappointing.

Hy-Vee Pharmacy has gone to the dogs since Steve Saylor left. Refills are not timely & if there is a problem with a refill the staff will not call or text to let you knoPharmacy. been a loyal customer for years but I will never again use this pharmacy.

So every time I go I have to do your job??? No thanks the only reason this is even getting any stars cuz the employees try. Starbucks shouldn't be in targets or hy vees the kiosk is gonna lose you money there's no space no place to sit. Limited about of food?? These kiosk are a waste of space.... savor the rise has better coffee anyways. Fu starbucks I will never use your dumb rewards and won't be buying from any of your establishments.

Starbucks is inside a Hy Vee store so can't boast on the atmosphere. Nothing wrong with it. It is a grocery store.It is a very busy place, especially in the morning as people are going to work. They worked fast so it wasn't a long wait.

This was the worst coffee iv ever drank in my life considering this my first time ever drinking coffee. I got the carmal ribbon crunch Frappuccino and I'm utterly disgusted. I wouldn't wish this coffee on my worst enemy. Otherwise the service was great and the people around were very helpful. But take this review as a warning to your allowance and your gut!
