Service was not great. Employees were bickering & then running out the door & coming back in without washing hands. Online orders were more important than people standing in line. And not to mention we spent over $50 for 4 people! Soo expensive!

This location is hit or miss. It's either perfect or perfectly nasty. That's it there has not been an in-between. It's either got everything it's supposed to or it's completely off. I don't really understand why it is consistently inconsistent. Staffing issues seem to be the normal.

Every single time that I order from this location my order is never what I asked for, I feel like it's never too difficult to read an order and make the sandwhich, and yet I've always been disapointed with this locations ability to accurately make a sandwhich, I would definetly recommend going inside of the store in order to make sure that they do not completely fumble your order like they've done to me so many times.
Came in 20 minutes before close and the two gentleman were more than happy to help me! Great customer service out of them!

I would not recommend this Subway The staff here are not very intelligent they continuously mess up your order they don't know what they're doing they're unprepared they continuously have to go into the back to make new sauces because they don't have the sauces ready 90% of the time half the vegetables are gone or that looks rotten I would not ever go back to this subway again this is the fourth time that I've went there that I have had an issue with them and I will no longer go back to this store I don't know if I want to go to any Subway in the state of Iowa anymore because of the way that they do things in this state the fast food industry in the state of Iowa is a fleeting thing that should probably disappear because they obviously have no standards And unfortunately Subway is no exception

Indianola Subway is one of the better Subways I have had the pleasure of eating at and I've eaten out a lot of them. I think it's that small town living concept. People are friendly the food's good.
