My daughter and I get Taco Bell often. It’s usually okay. Tonight the food was excellent! Probably the most fresh and tasty we’ve had living in indianola the last 11 years. 🙌

Ordered door dash from here, my dasher waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes for my order. When I got my food (the Catalina bowl replaced with steak and no sour cream). It came with very little steak, and also had no cheese and no beans. I also thought the portion looked significantly smaller than I've gotten it at other taco bells so I pushed all the food to one half the bowl and it didnt even come up to the ridge where the lid meets.

Waited for 15 minutes at counter, employee stated it would be faster to use KIOSk. Waited for another 30 minutes still no food. Worst service from Taco Bell ever. If I can get someone to wait on me I’m getting my money back.

Painfully slow, and genuinely don't bother going unless you're okay with them ignoring your order and giving you something else entirely. Ingredients are usually stale, with the lettuce in particular being wilted at best. Staff seems miserable too - when one worker asked the man in front of me if he was with doordash (he was), he laid his head in his arms for a minute before smashing a stack of cup lids to the ground.

The staff is friendly but not paying attention to the orders! Messed up my order and it's good I checked at the counter. I had to tell them 4 times, until finally I got everything I ordered... Also working really slow. The food is not amazing but good for the price, what can you expect for 5-7 dollars

Food is inedible after prepared by the cooks. Very expensive for food you can’t enjoy. Indianola has the worse Taco Bell and McDonald’s I’ve ever been too any other location is fire

I had the $7 luxe box, well worth the money. You get a drink, chips and cheese, 1 taco, 1 gordita and 1 burrito. Very filling and sometimes i save the burrito for my work lunch the next day. A Great Deal!!!

Staff was friendly but performance was mediocre at best. There wasn’t any other customer here but me. I was a little worried when food came out so fast. Burnt chicken nuggets, Mexican pizza is literally smashed inside the box for no reason so all the toppings are mated to the lid, ordered a chicken crunch wrap and got beef. Only Taco Bell page I’ve seen tbh with this many stock photos and not real photos from customer’s.
