Came here to work and have breakfast/coffee with my husband. The food was great and the quiche was made ahead of time and warmed up for us after order. Coffee was good, the service was very friendly, and the prices were reasonable. There were groups of people there to drink coffee and catch up, people working and studying, parent/child outings, etc... There were outlets on the wall which allowed for studying and different seating options. Was fairly busy when I was there. Would go again!

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter. We ordered half a turkey sandwich with apple and Swiss for $4.50 and a bowl of potato soup which was $5.00. Our sandwiches had one thin deli slice of Turkey on it, apple, swiss, and lettuce which looked nothing like the online menu. The potato soup was completely cold. The service was good the food was lacking for the price. The atmosphere is great and the coffee is delicious!

I really like sitting in this coffee shop. It's a comfortable place to sit and do work. It has a lot of people who use it, so you never feel alone inside. I do think the coffee is a bit expensive and the breakfast sandwich was nothing special.

Overall fairly excellent experience with this establishment. The refreshments are well prepared and the baristas are knowledgeable in the food and drinks they make (A majority of the time). However, when a drink is made incorrectly, their willingness and determination to fix the error is extremely reputable and rather fantastic. This simple thing turns what would be a 3 star review into a 4 star. As their customer service exceeds my expectations. Their drinks are nothing to write home about.I am overall pleased with the service that I received and would recommend Uncommon Grounds to anyone looking for a nice local coffee shop to get their morning caffeine fix from.
