I had not been to the Zoo in many years but I had a wonderful time with my wife and old friends. It wasn't too crowded so we didn't feel cramped and the bar tenders were attentive. It's great for a small group especially on an "off night" so not Friday or Saturday night, if you are looking to have fun but not the crowds.

Kid-friendliness: It is a bar so no one is allowed under 21 years of age.

Very nice bar! Bartender/owner is a super guy. Very accommodating. Fixing pizza's, getting drinks, shots, etc for our group of 11. Thanks for a fun evening! We'll be back on our next visit.

The staff is friendly, there is always good music playing. The beer selection has about 11 taps, and always something special if not rare available. Free pool downstairs. If you love a neighborhood dive, you'll love the Zoo.
