Ordered a French Dip and Tenderloin. Paid extra for onion rings and received 5 soggy onion rings that were your typical foodservice onion rings. Pick up time changed right after I left to pickup my order, stating the food was ready now for pickup 11 minutes earlier. So the food sat and everything got soggy and cold. I sent an email explaining the poor quality and soggy everything. Response was that it's Chomps fault and I should call or use some special link to order next time......read full review
