Really delightful tap room. Just way too large. Got their standard hamburger. Really good but the fries were tepid rather than hot!

Paying 37$ for almost cold fondue fries( that seemed to be missing a lot of the “sauce”) and two beers is disappointing.

We visited for their New Years Eve party. I think for what we paid, $25, it was worth it. You really felt like you were at an exclusive event and the fireworks made it even better. I love their beer and food. But, the food they had at this event was just weird. It definitely was unique. I was with three other people and all of us grabbed a plate full of food and we all ended up just throwing the plates away. I think they catered in the food, so I would highly suggest doing something different next year.

I had a horrible experience here recently. There were so many things that went wrong. Let me just tell you what happened. 1) I was trying to find the bathroom and saw a damn live cockroach by the kitchen. 2) Not only was my food cold, but I found a hair in my mac n cheese?!?! 3) When the manager came by for the previous issue, I hate to say it, but she smelled really bad. I am really disappointed because I used to come to this place all the time, but this recent visit left a sour taste in my mouth and I doubt I will ever come back.

They got rid of the fried tofu sandwich. The whole reason why I come here. I won't be back. Plus the menu says $9 for a climbing kites and the bill came and they charged me $10. I paid cash too. Absolutely zero reason to come back

Excellent food and Citrus Surfer. Great indoor bar and outdoor seatings. Service was definitely shorthanded on a Friday night but our waiter worked hard to cover everyone.

Went to Big Grove in Iowa City today and had great a great server but please look at the picture of the Rueben we were served. Thin slice of meat and more than enough bread, would not recommend the Rueben!☹️ I’ve been here before and food was great as well as the restaurant in Solon and my preference is Solon for me ?

We held our rehearsal dinner at Big Grove IC, and everything that night turned out amazing. Planning the event with their event director, Addison, was a breeze. The taco bar & queso were delicious, and of course the drinks were awesome. The private room was plenty for our party of ~50, it certainly could fill more than that.

Best brewery ever! Food, beer, cider, and ambiance was perfection. Squash tacos balanced spicy and sweetness. My husband said chicken wings were the best he ever had. Our server was sweetheart and service was fast and friendly. Play area for kid make it very family oriented. I think they need a location in Michigan!

Vegetarian options: The butternut squash tacos were delicious.

Parking: Parking can be difficult on a Saturday night. We parked across the road.
