Bruegger's Bagels and Jamba Juice

Leaving a review because I’m so frustrated and I never leave reviews. I have never been to this location and gotten the correct order. The drive through is terrible and the employees seem like they have no clue what’s going on. I think this location needs major help and better management. If I’m paying so much for a shit bagel at least get the order correct.

What kind of manager puts that kid on the drive-through window he can barely get his words out that’s just cruel. There’s no way to get out of line once you find out there’s nothing but blueberry and maple bagels left. They should be offering free vouchers to come back when this happens. I’ve been stuck in line for 30 minutes to find out. They don’t have anything but blueberry bagels and now I can’t get out of line because of the stupid design of the parking lot and drive-through.

This place is so slow it’s embarrassing. Why does it take you 30 minutes to toast a bagel and put cream cheese on it? Especially when there is LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. Management needs to step up because they are consistently taking 30-60 min to make a bagel and coffee for drive thru orders. I’ve even ordered ahead AND waited past the pick up time, just to try and be efficient… but nope. Didn’t even have my food ready. I’m telling you every single time the service is horrifically terrible.
I would have grace for them if there was a long line or difficult menu items, but for the love of god just put the plain bagel in the mf toaster!!! Jfc and then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. Like be so for real.

Bagels are great, but the drive through is terrible! Sitting in line today and have been in line for over 50 minutes! Still waiting! Something needs to change before we will come back.

* Update* I filled out the form for their customer service team. Haven’t heard a word in reply.

Person at the drive thru on 7/25/24 about 9:45am, was so kind and helped me download the app and save money! Doing more than just “the job”!

I come through the drive thru on my electric scooter sometimes. The bagels are delicious and the employees are polite. Highly recommend this brueggers location and the young gentleman that works the drive thru window deserves a raise.

I waited at the counter for 3 minutes for service. No other customers at the counter. 3 busy employees, 2 staring blankly. I had to ask for assistance and was told that the register I was at was closed. No sign reading 'please use next register,' nobody telling me 'I can help you over here'. This lack of basic customer service and the obvious lack of motivation was truly remarkable.
However, the bagel was delicious.

Food was fine, not the slowest I've had there, and not the worst service I've experience there but staff should be trained how to give good customer service. Staff did not greet us or offer assistance after waiting at a register that was not being used. I understand that this might not be your dream job but you should act a little pleasant to be serving your customer that's paying real money for a product.
