I come through the drive thru on my electric scooter sometimes. The bagels are delicious and the employees are polite. Highly recommend this brueggers location and the young gentleman that works the drive thru window deserves a raise.

Food was fine, not the slowest I've had there, and not the worst service I've experience there but staff should be trained how to give good customer service. Staff did not greet us or offer assistance after waiting at a register that was not being used. I understand that this might not be your dream job but you should act a little pleasant to be serving your customer that's paying real money for a product.

Bruegger's has been a long-time Iowa City favorite with locations downtown Iowa City, Coralville, and surrounding area. The location at Riverside Drive and Benton Street was opened quite a few years ago, but it still has a new feel since it was built from the ground up to be a premium location. There is a drive through as well as nice indoor and outdoor seating. Inside there is plenty of natural light and multiple seating options. The menu has changed over the years, but...
