I went here twice both of them were good, they care alot about their costumers. The only issue they have is the smell of frying in the place it's too strong I think they need to make a new vacuum system otherwise they are good.

The boneless wings were a little overcooked but the nachos were awesome and the fried curds are awesome.

My friends and I went there a couple months ago and sat at the bar. We had Alizarin as our bartender. She was great, very friendly, she talked to us while we were at the bar! Great service the whole time we were there! We went there before the football game on a Friday, and knew she was going to be there again on Saturday, so we went again to have her! Both days she was very friendly, and service was great! Props to her for being in school and working a lot over there, she is amazing!

Great service at the bar and more TVs than a normal person could ask for. Cold beer and decent prices for said beer. However, do not, under any circumstances, order the food. It was horrible. I've tasted salt that was less salty, and several of our boneless "chicken" wings had almost no chicken. An embarrassment to the B Dubs franchise.

Edit: As of September 21, we have yet to hear back from the team on our issue. The reach out I assume is fake... Oh well lowering the service stars
Since there is no effort I will provide an update...
When I made my review I was disappointed... Instead now I'm mad, because the one thing a fast food joint can do right is not give you food poisoning off of cauliflower no less!! Two out of the three who ate the "meal" came down with upset stomachs.
Honestly the hot bbq might as well be called hot road salt. The Asian sauce was like someone didn't know what sweet and sour was made with and decided to spike it with ginger.
The price for this experience made me have the most regrets, for I paid double and got half of my expectations.
The food is mediocre with only a decent note on the breading texture on the wings and tenders being good which is more the crew doing their job right than the actual quality of the product.
Honestly, if everything was done by the crew perfectly it still wouldn't solve the bad choices of spice profiles and ingredients.
I don't know what went wrong but the chef behind this better get his grear on and rethink his life.

We loved their TV setup to watch college football games on a Saturday. Food was solid as usual. Service setup was unique but good enough for this smaller restaurant.

Waited forever for food (1+ hour), tables were dirty, workers were impolite, food was made wrong. So overpriced for the quality of food. Overall a bad experience.

the service was wonderful, the food was delicious. your bartender josh either needs a raise or a promotion because he was very friendly, promptly, and informative. my husband and I just moved down here from Cedar Falls last Tuesday so for him to provide that outstanding of service for us only being here 11 days made it a very welcoming environment and convinced us that we made the right decision to come down here. thanks to Josh, we love Iowa City even more now.

Not good two thumbs down shut it down
Sticky, it's really sticky there. Apparently they have given up on having employees clean the tables between customers, much less actually wait tables. The food was mediocre. The couple staff seemed mostly annoyed. There was a long hair in my wings, but none of the staff appeared to have long hair? I didn't say anything though, because they all seemed to be very unhappy already. I used to like BWW but I dont think I'll ever go back. I swore I'd never go back to the Coralville location, but apparently the entire chain is just circling the drain...

The manager Ryan was rude and very unfriendly. I went on a Wednesday for the all you can eat boneless and the food quality was horrible and when I asked for better quality he got irritated and almost mad and ignored my request. I also walked up to him to try and greet him just to be friendly because he was making my drinks at the bar and I said hey sir what’s your name? and he just had a horrible attitude and really didn’t want to tell me his name. Idk what’s going on with store manager Ryan but I felt like my family was robbed of good service and quality food how we asked. We end up spending about $100 dollars and received $1food and service unfortunately ?. I called and asked to speak with the General manager and he told me I didn’t know when he would be in or available to speak with and insisted that I just tell him what I wanted to talk to a General manager about. And of course I felt uncomfortable in that situation and I just left my contact info hopefully a General Manager reaches out.
