Behold, my buffalo ranch chicken wrap. While it genuinely gave me a laugh it clearly was not very realistic to eat. Lost most of the ingredients unfortunately.
Got in right as they opened, ordered wings and they came out cold! If you just opened how the wings already cold? And why do you order and get your own food now?

My partner and I went to try the Pick 6 and both got the boneless wings, they were so overdone and dry. They also tasted like after they were overdone they say there waiting for the fries and tots. The tots were also overdone, and tasted like straight up oil. We had just gotten back from an appt in Iowa City and hadn't eaten all day, it was about 3:30-4pm at this point now so we just ate as much as we could and when the server asked if everything was all good we did let her know. She had the manager come over and I feel they handled it very well and also said they would be letting the cook know. Unfortunately that was our first experience and probably our last, but I did want to commend the management team for being so understanding and caring.

Second time now I’ve been shorted boneless wings on my delivery order from this location. Ordered 15 and only got 10 this time. Gave two stars because the wings I did get tasted good, but it’s frustrating.

Ordered for pick up. Had to wait for 30 min when I got to the store 5 min after the pick up time. Staff looked like they were miserable.

We waited in line for over 30 minutes to order. Nobody took orders of the people in line. Finally I went up and asked , they were only taking online orders. Told everyone in line and we all walked out. We went somewhere else! Very poor customer service!

This is easily the worst BWW in the United States. I travel a lot. I like BWW for the most part because the wait staff is pretty attentive and they have NFL Sunday Ticket. I went with my daughter and her friend to watch some football. After sitting for awhile, we realized we had to walk to the register to order. Strike 1. We waited 15 minutes to stand in line to order. There was one register open, and there were servers chatting with each other (including the bartender) and ignoring us and until one suddenly acts surprised we’re there and offers to fill our order. Strike 2. They flip the screen to tip for walk up service with 15, 18, or 20% and hand us a buzzer to pick up our food when it’s ready. Strike 3. They took 20 minutes to buzz us, and I had to then go to the bar to grab a beer since they can’t do that at the counter where I ordered food. Strike 4. The bartender was struggling to speak, but I’ll excuse that and assume that she was having a rough mental health day, although she seemed pretty normal around her coworkers chatting with them at the original cash register. Ball 1, out of the goodness of my heart. Ok, that was snarky. Finally, the wings were soggy. I’d think that after waiting 20 minutes with very few customers they would have crisped them up. Nope. Strike 5. Also, we had to get our own drinks at the soda machine, and the mixture was so off that it tasted like water. Strike 6.
All in all, the worst BWW I’ve ever seen. I ate at the BWW in Denver the day before. Great service and tasty wings.
To add insult to injury, my team lost. But I’m kinda used to them breaking my heart.

Incredibly understaffed and results are they can't handle a lunch rush. Spent 45 minutes waiting for my food and ended up leaving without getting my food or a refund. Definitely won't be back anytime soon as there are many options close by that are better. Highly disappointing.

Not a fan of no table service, but if that works for them so be it. Typical Wild Wings fare!

Typical BWW food and atmosphere. Went in and sat down on a bench to rest because we had been moving my oldest in all day. My family started ordering so I stood up and joined them. We were the only 4 standing at the counter and I was standing directly beside my oldest. As I began my order I was stopped by “Sir I am going to finish taking their order and then I will take yours.”
Apparently since I am a different race than my family it meant I was out of place. I just thought it was wild that any individual person would interrupt a family in the middle of their order. It was honestly embarrassing. The assumption that I was not their family and that it was not my wife because I simply didn’t look like them was rough to experience in front of my kids. I think it was the shift manager taking the order. I really wish she would be more cognizant and aware. She was very apologetic but man, come on.

App is down, website down. Call in and told to order through DoorDash. Poor customer service. Can’t or won’t take orders over the phone despite known unfixed issues on their end.

Ordered on-line, still had quite a wait considering restaurant was empty.
