Burge Market Place

Burge is absolutely horrible, from the staff being unhygienic to the poor food quality, it is a shame. Specially for breakfast, the toppings station is always empty and there are no other breakfast options apart from eggs and waffles. It is a shame how low Burge Market place fell down.

I had a great experience at Burge, Amazing location to have lunch. You will find a lot of varieties there. They especially have a section for international foods. If you don't belong to the UI, it's also affordable at a rate of 11$.

The food is decent on average, but some of their recipes changed to having oyster sauce halfway through the semester and I almost got poisoned by the unexpected and unannounced change. I'm just glad I checked the allergen information on said dishes.

Great food and drinks!

My friend that works at Hillcrest always tells me not to eat here cause the cooks are unsanitary but I think that's a load of Iowa state and also I'm too lazy to walk over to Hillcrest

I got literally 4 days of breakfast all in one bag for the buffet price of 8 dollars. From 7:30 to 10 something it's 8 dollar take home breakfast for whatever you want and they have bags there to fill.

Nice restaurant. Has reasonable variety of food, compared to the cheap price of open buffet ($12.00). The rest room needs some attention, though and the diet coke had water in it!

This place gave me food poisoning

I wished I could say something good but I truly can’t. The restaurant only had a few people in it including myself and two friends. We went for my friends birthday and we waited 42 mins for a glass of water, which we got from a different server. The food on the other hands was more than amazing. Overall horribly disappointed and will be hard to come back.

Burge has a wide selection of foods available. If you feel like eating Salad they have it, if you like Tex-Mex they have it. How about trying new cuisine from different international regions they also have it. If you have a certain allergies to food they also have a station for that.

Good food for a college dorm. College food has sure changed in the last 30 years!!!
