However, I feel the guys working on feb 28 were great good was great customer service was amazing and I’m happy to see an older style pop machine with individual nozzles. Also to the cashier with the face tattoos. You are the man! Super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you guys!

Usually I try not to complain and give chance restaurants chances. Every time I go to this location it’s always a bad experience!!! IC location is horrible. Two times I sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes no one answers and it’s not even busy. This time we ordered through the app, the fries/onion rings were hard, dry and cold. We requested zesty sauce and didn’t get shit. They slapped a bunch of mayo on my whopper, I might as well eat a tub of mayo. You’re better off going to the Coralville location, people actually answer you there, my food is usually hot and ready to go. I haven’t had an issue at that location.

This place is terrible. Went through drive thru a few days ago, waited at the intercom for 10 mins just to be told to hold on some more so we went to a different burger king, then tonight my whopper Jr had bread so hard it hurt to eat, fries were not salted and the chicken nuggets were a couple hours past their expiration. And don't get me started on the chicken sandwich my girlfriend got.

Best fast food burger hands down. Love the onion rings too.
Dirty, disorganized and slow. The employees seemed confused and kept asking me what I ordered. I chose to dine in and had to wipe down my own table. There was no ice and the ketchup dispenser was both grimy and empty. There were people sleeping in the restaurant. If you want a long wait to get an incorrect order, eat here.

Today’s visit was no different, the girl at the speaker was pleasant but the girl at the window was very rude. We got the wrong food in our order, and we ordered the new panda Sundae, needless to say it was not what we were expecting for $3 and looked nothing like what the photo shows. I really would not recommend this location to anyone due to the low quality food, and the rude staff.
