Best quality coffee in Iowa City, and I suspect, the state. Beans are fair trade from small farms and air roasted fresh (unlike large producers who burn their beans to a crisp). I’m especially a fan of their light roasts, in particular, the Guatemala.

Since 1990 these beans have been seasonally roasted by dedicated staff in small batches. The owner uses eco-friendly business practices (including compostable bags) and contributes generously to community organizations and events.
