The past 2 times I’ve been here, they have made me wait at least half an hour for my food, and then didn’t get my order right so I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix it until I finally had to leave to get somewhere else before they got it right

My fiancé went through the drive thru to get us some food on her way home. She got her drinks and order number but then proceeded to wait in the drive thru parking for 30 minutes before someone even acknowledged her! When they finally did, they gave her a few coupons but was told that her order was not submitted to the cooks…she finally got her food and left, assuming everything was in the bags, but she got home to find that some sauces were missing for the chicken strip meals. The food is good but the service could be a little more attentive :)
Our order was made but left in the window for 15mins. Multiple orders were sent out and had to ask to check for our order.

Went thru drive thru and ordered food. Order got mixed up which is no big deal it happens and they were super busy. So I went in and let me tell you, I’ve never had such good service from a fast food place in my entire life!! The manager took care of it right away, offered me a drink while I waited, and the apologies I received from all the staff just melted my heart. So here’s a big Kudos to all of you working at Iowa City Culver’s September 26th around 6. You guys need to pat each other’s backs for job well done.!! Thank you so much for such a fantastic service!!
