From the experience I had this is how a Culver's should be ran, well made food, very fast serve time and very nice staff. Whoever's running the store has hired great staff. I would recommend!

Come on, who doesn't like Culver's?! I don't know what people take that work there, but I've never had an encounter that was anything less than overly positive. But seriously, they're either very highly paid and well taken care of. OR, Culver's might just possibly have the best employee training program & culture. Possibly a combo of both. Of course, it's also entirely possible that they're alien shape shifters.
Whatever is going on, it's pretty awesome and their food rocks!

I love Culver’s, but this one is just absolutely awful. More times than not they mess up my order, even when I’m just getting something simple like custard. I’ve also had it happen on multiple occasions where I tell them that they have messed up my order and when they try to rectify the situation, the order is still messed up. This is a problem that I’ve had uniquely to this Culver’s. When the food/custard comes out properly, it tastes good, but that happens just about as often as leap day. As someone who is from Wisconsin, Culver’s is like a comfort food for me after a long day of class or my parents divorce, but going here and seeing that they messed up my custard is probably worse than the divorce itself. I’m not sure if it’s just one employee or the entire staff or management, but clearly there’s something wrong here with the communication or understanding. I have a friend who has a peanut allergy who I will often buy custard for, and I’m just waiting for the day that they put Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups in her custard instead of M&Ms and I have to stab her with an EpiPen. It hasn’t happened yet, but I’m prepared. With this Culver’s being the closest one to campus, it makes me scared that other students come here and have the same problem, and then build their perception of Wisconsin around the service they receive here. I’ve started telling people I’m not even from Wisconsin anymore, worried that they will have been to this Culver’s. This establishment is a poor representation to the state of Wisconsin, and of the vision Craig Culver had when he created the first restaurant in 1984. Over 40 years of Culver’s and this singular establishment will probably be the reason that the entire chain closes down. At this point I’m not even mad, I’m just disappointed and I hope that corporate has a complete overhaul of this place.
